A day in the life of a six month old AMK:
- Drooling. We think she's teething, but I feel as if we've been thinking that for a long time now. Months. :)
- Rolling. Addison continues to roll, but it's become second nature. She can also pivot on an axis so that she can reach things she can't otherwise reach. Mobility becomes more of a reality every day.
- Sitting! As of TODAY, Addison is officially sitting. It's good to have mom or dad close by, but a couple of cushy pillows will do in a pinch. This is very exciting!
- Growing out of her bathtub. We have a counter-top tub that we use for Addison. She's almost too long for the tub, so we'll be off to the big-girl tub soon! We're trying to wait until she gets just a little better at sitting up. (To make it easier on mom & dad of course!)
- Lots of "talking". She loves to chat, scream (it's not that loud... yet), spit, cluck - new noises come out of her mouth every single day. As does her tongue. It's rare a moment that the babe's tongue is actually IN her mouth.
- Daycare. Addison loves daycare. She has lots of very nice friends - when I drop her, she's always smiling and happy to be with Miss Carolyn, Lala and all of the other kiddos that make-up Carolyn's Little Angels. We are so fortunate to have found such a nice spot for Addison - we couldn't be happier. (Grandma Joann usually take Addison one day a week, which is also a nice treat! Addison not only gets to see Grandma & Grandpa, but Ike & Minnie (the pooches).) And, when Addison visits Grandma? It's social hour!
- Sleeping through the night. Addison sleeps through the night, no problem. Twelve hours a night, every night.
Lots of Love!

Ever wonder what Addison looks like without hair? We did...
